About Norqavi
A Place Designed for the Evening
Most hotels are planned around the morning. Norqavi was planned around the hours after dark.
Lighting softens as the day goes on, the lounges fill slowly, and the dining room finds its rhythm once the sun has set. Upstairs, the rooms are quiet and well insulated, so the energy downstairs never follows you to bed.
Stay for a night or a week. Our rooms and suites are designed for real rest, with good beds, blackout curtains and space to unpack.
Dine, meet friends for a drink, visit the casino or simply sit by the pool. Everything is a few steps away, and none of it is compulsory.

Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. Rates, availability and inclusions are shown at the time of booking and may change until a reservation is confirmed.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are provided in your confirmation. Photo identification and a valid payment card are required at check-in. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability.
Payment

Conduct and safety

Standard reservations
Most rates can be cancelled free of charge up to the deadline shown in your booking confirmation. Cancellations after that deadline may be charged, usually the first night of the stay.
Non-refundable rates
Some rates are offered at a lower price in exchange for full payment at booking. These cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. This is always stated clearly before you book.
Changes to a booking
We are happy to help change dates or room types where availability allows. A change may result in a different rate.
No-shows and early departure
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the booking may be charged according to the rate conditions. If you leave earlier than planned, please let reception know as soon as possible.
Dining and events
Restaurant reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge unless a deposit was requested at booking. Group bookings and private events have their own terms, shared when you enquire.
